4-2025 5th Planet Games – Publication of Final Group Internal Merger Documents

COPENHAGEN, February 24, 2024, 5th Planet Games A/S (OAX: 5PG) announces the
publication of the final documents relating to the group internal merger
announced in company announcement no. 3 on 13 January 2025.

The following documents are now available on 5th Planet Games' webpage
(https://www.5thplanetgames.com/investors/documents/):
- The merger plan
- Approved annual reports for both 5th Planet Games A/S and 5th Planet Games
Development ApS for the last three years
- An interim balance sheet for 5th Planet Games A/S
- The valuation experts' declaration on the creditors' position

It is the intention of 5th Planet Games A/S and 5th Planet Games Development ApS
to resolve to carry out the merger by way of resolutions of the board of
directors of 5th Planet Games A/S and the general meeting of 5th Planets Games
Development ApS on March 25.

As part of the merger, 5th Planet Games A/S will adopt the name of 5th Planet
Games Development ApS and its secondary names as new seconday names.
