Oslo Rule Book II section 3.17.2 (2), Euronext Oslo Børs has on 21. February
2025 made the following resolution: " The shares of WPU - Waste Plastic
Upcycling A/S will be delisted from Euronext Growth Oslo as of 25. February
2025. The last day of trading will be 24. February 2025.”
