NORTURA SA - ROADSHOW AND MANDATE ANNOUNCEMENT

Nortura SA (rated BB+ / Stable by Nordic Credit Rating) has mandated Danske Bank
and DNB Markets to arrange a fixed income investor call commencing on Monday 24
February 2025.
A subordinated hybrid bond issue with an expected size of minimum NOK 300
million and maximum NOK 500 million may follow, subject to market conditions.
The contemplated bond issue will have a tenor of minimum 25 years and will have
a first issuer's call option after 5 years and will be compliant with Nordic
Credit Rating’s hybrid methodology.
In connection with the contemplated new hybrid issue, the issuer will consider a
partial buy-back of the outstanding hybrid bond issue with ISIN NO0012519737
(ticker NORT33 PRO) with maturity 12 August 2047.
