SATS ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements published by SATS ASA
(the "Company") on 20 December 2024 and 14 February 2025, regarding the
pending liquidation of SATS Management Invest AS and settlement of loans
granted by HFN Group AS to SATS Management Invest AS and certain shareholders
in SATS Management Invest AS. SATS Management Invest AS is a share purchase
program that was implemented prior to the Company's IPO in 2019 during its
prior ownership.

HFN Group AS and Gravir Invest AS, a wholly-owned company of Sondre Gravir,
CEO of SATS ASA, have, as part of the announced liquidation, agreed to settle
certain loans incl. accrued interest granted in connection with Gravir's
investment in SATS Management Investment AS prior to the IPO by way of
delivery of 292,759 shares in SATS Management Investment AS. The details are
further set out in the attached notification form.

Sondre Gravir will continue to directly and indirectly hold 1,326,237 shares
in SATS ASA following the transaction, including the 128,514 shares allocated
to him in connection with the Share Investment Program announced on 14
February 2025.

Gravir Invest AS is a closely associated entity of Sondre Gravir.
