Correction: Grant of share options

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made on 14 February 2025. A
correction has been made to the number of outstanding options. The figures for
outstanding options and primary insiders' holdings are as at the date of the
original notice.

The following primary insiders have been granted options:

Henning Nordgulen: 20,000 options, now holding a total of 70,000 shares and

Kari Marvik: 20,000 options, now holding a total of 0 shares and 50,000 options

Roger Finnanger: 20,000 options, now holding a total of 3,378 shares and 140,000
options

Solfrid Aase: 20,000 options, now holding a total of 11,156 shares and 140,000
options

Magnar Øyhovden: 20,000 options, now holding a total of 54,600 shares and 80,000
options

Solfrid Fluge Andersen: 20,000 options, now holding a total of 5,171 shares and
140,000 options

Per Heiberg-Andersen: 20,000 options, now holding a total of 5,000 shares and
126,667 options

The total number of options outstanding for primary insiders is now 1,263,334
and for all participants is 2,209,002.
