In connection with decision on bonus to employees of Sparebanken Møre, the bank
has today transferred a total of 82,382 own Equity Capital Certificates (ECC) at
price NOK 101.50 to the employees. CEO is not included in the bonus arrangement.
Following the completion of the transaction, Sparebanken Møre owns a total of
177,276 ECC’s, corresponding to 0.36% of Sparebanken Møre’s ECC.
