Nordic Unmanned ASA – Delisting

Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of Nordic Unmanned ASA from
trading on Euronext Growth Oslo. Pursuant to Euronext Growth Oslo Rule Book II
section 3.17.2 (1), Euronext Oslo Børs has on 19 February 2025 made the
following resolution: "The shares in Nordic Unmanned ASA will be delisted from
Euronext Growth Oslo as of 21 February 2025. The last day of trading will be 20
February 2025.
