Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Argeo ASA on 12 February
2025 regarding completion of its private placement.

Langebru AS owns 2,800,000 shares in Argeo ASA, which represented 6.30% of the
outstanding shares before the private placement and 4.43% after completion of
the private placement.
