Today, February 18, 2025, Sparebanken Sør purchased 107 731 of its own equity
certificates at a price of NOK 198.90 per equity certificate. These certificates
will be used in connection with the bank’s employee savings program.
Following this transaction, the bank’s total holding of its own equity
certificates now amounts to 126 652.
Reference is also made to the stock exchange announcement dated 7. February
2025, which sets out the authorization to buy back equity certificates as
approved in the resolution from the General Meeting.
