KMC Properties – Shareholding disclosure and mandatory notification of trade

Nordika Blue AB ("Nordika") has today, 18 February 2025, sold 20,836,914 shares
in KMC Properties ASA ("KMC Properties"), resulting in Nordika holding
20,638,914 shares, which corresponds to 4.95 percent of the total outstanding
shares and votes of the Company. As a result, Nordika has crossed below the 5
percent threshold.

Nordika Förvaltning AB is as the manager the disclosing party on an aggregated
level and the controlling entity of Nordika. The shares are effectively held by
Flugfiskaren AB, a subsidiary of Nordika.

Nordika is represented on the KMC Properties' board of directors and is a close
associate to Jonas Grandér, a board member and primary insider at KMC
Properties.
