CORR: Key information relating to the stock split Kongsberg Gruppen ASA*

The Board of Kongsberg Gruppen ASA has on 6 February 2025 decided to propose to
the General Meeting a split of the company’s stock as described below. The
proposal will be presented for approval in the company’s ordinary annual General
Meeting on 7 May 2025*.

Split ratio: One (1) share becomes five (5) shares
Last day including right to exchange one (1) share for five (5) new shares: 2
June 2025
Ex-date: 3 June 2025
Record date: 4 June 2025
Date of approval: 7 May 2025*
