Mandatory notification of trades and disclosure of shareholdings – primary insiders

Oslo, 17 February 2025

Didrik Leikvang, Co-CEO of North Energy ASA, has today, 17 February 2025,
purchased 250,000 shares at NOK 2.8491 per share via his fully owned company
Isfjorden AS. The total number of shares beneficially owned by Leikvang after
the transaction is 11,919,242, which equals 10.01% ownership in North Energy
ASA.
