KMC Properties – Mandatory notification of trade

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 17 February regarding
Nordika Blue AB's ("Nordika") sale of 295,955 shares in KMC Properties ASA ("KMC
Properties").

As disclosed in the mentioned stock exchange notice, Nordika is represented on
the KMC Properties' board of directors and is a close associate of Jonas
Grandér, a board member and primary insider at KMC Properties. Please refer to
the enclosed form for further details about the transaction.

This information is subject to the disclosure requirements in Regulation (EU) No
