Baillie Gifford & Co - Aker Carbon Capture - Notification of Interest

Baillie Gifford Overseas Limited (“BGO”) on 14 February 2025 disposed of
1,464,262 voting rights in Aker Carbon Capture ASA. The voting rights were held
under discretionary investment management agreements with clients and were
disposed as part of sales of shares under said investment management agreements.

After the transaction, BGO holds a total of 29,017,332 voting rights in Aker
Carbon Capture, corresponding to 4.80% of the votes. All voting rights are held
under discretionary investment management agreements with clients. BGO does not
hold any shares or rights to the shares in Aker Carbon Capture.
