Johnny Tsolis, CEO in Axactor ASA, has on Friday 14th of February acquired
400,000 shares in the Company at an average price of 3,9477 per share. After
this transaction Johnny Tsolis controls 2 170 000 shares in the Company directly
or indirectly through a company under his control.
