Acquisition of additional shares in Bergen Etatbygg AS

Reference is made to the stock exchange release dated 19 December 2024
regarding the acquisition of shares in the Njord Syndicate Bergen Etatbygg AS.
Public Property Invest ASA ("PPI") has acquired another 2.9 % of the
outstanding shares and now holds a total of 85.6 % of the share capital.

PPI has ongoing discussions to acquire additional shares to reach the 90 %
threshold, enabling a compulsory redemption of the remaining outstanding
shares in Bergen Etatbygg AS.
