Totens Sparebank Boligkreditt AS announces results from its Written Resolutions for certain series of NOK-denominated covered bonds

Totens Sparebank Boligkreditt AS (the “Issuer”) announces today the results of
the summons for written resolutions to replace Totens Sparebank Boligkreditt AS
as issuer (the “Request”) under in respect of certain of its outstanding bonds
(the “Bonds” or the “Bond Issues”);

NOK 750,000,000 covered bonds due 18 June 2025 with ISIN NO0010874688;

NOK 750,000,000 covered bonds due 4 June 2026 with ISIN NO0010922883; and

NOK 1,000,000,000 covered bonds due 8 June 2027 with ISIN NO0012523119

A sufficient number of votes in favour of the Request across the Bond Issues has
been obtained to form a valid majority of at least two thirds (2/3) of the
Current Outstanding Amount of each of the Bonds. It is therefore resolved that
the Request has been approved in respect of the Bond Issues.
Upon fulfilment of all requirements for the Effective Date to occur (as
stipulated in the Summons for a Written Resolution), the Request in respect of
the Bond Issues will be implemented no later than 1 May 2025. The Consent Fee
will be payable within 10 business days from the Effective Date to all
Bondholders registered in VPS with the record date being two business days prior
to the payment being effectuated.

Capitalised terms used here shall have the definitions ascribed to them in the
respective Summons for a Written Resolution as announced on 31 January 2025.
