Primary insider and board member, Odfjell SE, Christine Rødsæther, has on
February 13, 2025 bought 3,500 A-shares in Odfjell SE through her fully owned
Norwegian Limited Liability Company Seteviken AS with company registration
number 934570251. The shares were bought at a price of NOK 103 per A-share.

After these transactions, Seteviken AS, owned and controlled by Christine
Rødsæther, owns 5.300 A-shares and 1.880 B-shares in Odfjell SE.
