Navamedic ASA: Mandatory notice of trade

Oslo, February 14, 2025: Philip Slätis, Commercial Director and a primary
insider of Navamedic ASA, has today bought 4,700 Navamedic ASA shares at an
average price of NOK 22,19 per share. See attachment for further details about
the transaction. Following this transaction,  Philip Slätis holds 4,703 shares
in the company.
