Huddly AS – Minutes from Extraordinary General Meeting

Oslo, 14 February 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by
Huddly AS ("Huddly" or the "Company", ticker: HDLY) on 31 January 2025,
regarding notice of an extraordinary general meeting in the Company. The
extraordinary general meeting was held today, on 14 February 2025 at 10:00
(CET).

The extraordinary general meeting resolved to (i) approve the Company's new 2025
Share Incentive Plan, and (ii) authorize the board of directors to increase the
share capital to fulfil the Company's share option programs.

Please see attached a copy of the minutes from the extraordinary general
meeting.
