 CHANGES TO BOARD COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP OF COCA-COLA EUROPACIFIC PARTNERS PLC

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners plc (CCEP) today announces that, following a review of Board Committee memberships for succession planning purposes, Mary Harris will succeed Tom Johnson as Chairman of the Nomination Committee with effect from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting due to be held on 22 May 2025. Tom Johnson will remain a Nomination Committee member.

Following the change noted above, the membership of the Nomination Committee is as follows:
