Total revenue reaches €12.5 million, marking an impressive 940% growth compared to 2023.

Pet Service Holding NV, listed on Euronext Access+ Paris since July 2023, delivered exceptional growth in 2024, reporting revenue of €12.5 million—a remarkable 940% increase compared to fiscal year 2023. This growth was driven by a combination of successful acquisitions and robust organic expansion.

The company completed several strategic acquisitions in 2024:

•           Asklepios: A specialized provider of veterinary diagnostics and healthcare solutions.

•           Dierapotheek.com: A leading online pet pharmacy catering to a wide range of pet health needs.

•           Van Ree: A trusted supplier of premium pet food and wellness products.

These acquisitions not only expanded Pet Service Holding's portfolio but also enabled the company to build economies of scale in purchasing, marketing, and supply chain operations, further enhancing operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

For the first time, the company expects to report positive EBITDA for the full year 2024, exceeding expectations and solidifying its position as a leading player in Europe's highly fragmented pet care industry.

Looking ahead, Pet Service Holding NV is committed to continued growth in 2025, focusing on the following strategic priorities:

1.         Expanding the customer base through targeted and innovative marketing campaigns.

2.         Enhancing online platforms to provide a seamless and positive customer experience.

3.         Launching a "Click & Collect" service, enabling consumers to pick up their purchases directly from distribution centers, reducing shipping costs.
