Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Zwipe AS (the
"Company") on 28 January 2025 regarding the discussions which were not unlikely
to provide the Company with necessary financing to avoid insolvency.
The board has today concluded that these discussions have been terminated
without a positive result. Therefore, the board is currently assessing the
Company's financial situation and whether there is a basis for further
operations.
