Odfjell Rig III Ltd (OSE: ODRG) (“ODRG”), is pleased to report its financial and
operational results for the three months period and financial year ended 31
December 2024.

Odfjell Drilling Limited, ODRG’s guarantor, has also announced its fourth
quarter results for 2024 today. In connection with these results, Chief
