Lea bank ASA reports Q4 profit before tax of NOK 29.7 million

Lea bank ASA reported a profit before tax of NOK 29.7 million for Q4 2024. Gross
loans amounted to NOK 7,656 million, compared to NOK 6,913 million last year.
Equity at the end of the quarter was NOK 1,490 million.
This will be the last quarter reporting as a Norwegian bank. According to CEO
Oddbjørn Berentsen, the team of Lea Bank is exited to build Lea Bank 2.0 as a
digital niche bank with headquarters in Sweden. We look forward to explore new
strategic opportunities, says Berentsen.
Highlights of Q4 2024:
Profit before tax NOK 29.7 million (after tax NOK 22.3 million)
Net interest income of NOK 136.8 million
Gross loan portfolio of NOK 7.7 billion
Cost-income ratio (C/I) of 35.3%
Book equity per share of NOK 15.02
Targets going forward for Lea Bank AB:
· Return on equity > 15%
· Cost / income < 30%
· Attractive dividend payments
Lea Bank will present the results for the 4[th] quarter of 2024 today at 09:30
AM.
