Please see below information about transactions made under the share buyback
programme for Atea ASA.
Date on which the buyback programme was announced: 23 October 2024
The duration of the buyback programme: 23 October 2024 to 29 April 2025, or
until the maximum number of shares has been repurchased.
Size of the buyback programme: Up to 650,000 shares
From 6 February 2025 until 13 February 2025, Atea ASA has purchased a total of
91,750 own shares at the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 132.52
per share. Following the completion of the above transactions, Atea ASA owns a
total of 616,682 own shares, corresponding to 0.55% of Atea ASA's share capital.
This is information that Atea ASA is obliged to make public pursuant to the EU
Market Abuse Regulation and subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to
Section 5-12 the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
