dividend payment to be resolved by the Annual General Meeting on 30 April 2025.

Record date: 5 May 2025
Payment date: 29 May 2025
Date of approval: 30 April 2025

The board of directors has further decided to propose to the Annual General
Meeting on 30 April 2025 that the board is authorised to distribute additional
dividends of up to NOK 8.00 per share until the Annual General Meeting in 2026,
but no longer than to 30 June 2026.
