and the company's share savings programme, and have been sold after the expiry
of the lock-up period.

Sverre Molvik, CEO, sold 104 131 shares on 12 February. The shares were sold
at an average price of NOK 36.84. Molvik now owns 573 272 shares in Selvaag
Bolig ASA.

Øystein Klungland, COO, sold 104 131 shares on 12 February. The shares were
sold at an average price of NOK 36.84. Klungland now owns 573 272 shares in
Selvaag Bolig ASA.

Christopher Brunvoll, CFO, sold 58 257 shares 12 February. The shares were
sold at an average price of NOK 36.84. Brunvoll now owns 329 534 shares in
Selvaag Bolig ASA.

Line Lian Mjell, Executive Vice President market, sold 18 176 shares on 12
February. The shares were sold at an average price of NOK 36.84. Mjell now
owns 244 305 shares in Selvaag Bolig ASA.

Magnus Kristiansen, deputy employee elected director of the board, sold 10 000
shares on 12 February. The shares were sold at an average price of NOK 37.02.
Kristiansen now owns 30 431 shares in Selvaag Bolig ASA.
