The results for the fourth quarter ended 31 December 2024 will be published on
14 February 2025 around 08:00 (CET) on the Oslo Stock Exchange and on Sea1
Offshore Inc.'s website.

A conference call will be held on the same day at 09:00 (CET) to review the
