Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by HX Finance II AS (formerly
known as Explorer II AS) (the "Company") on 6 January 2025 (the "Stock Exchange
Notice") regarding the notice of summons for a written resolution to amend the
existing bond terms for the bonds with ISIN NO0010874548 and ticker EXPLO01 (the
"Bond Transaction").

Today, the Company is pleased to announce the successful implementation of the
Bond Transaction.
