Nicosia, Cyprus - 11 February 2025 - Mr Sondre Helsing, Board member, has
through his wholly owned company Hubris Industrier AS on 10 February purchased
36,373 shares in Seabird Exploration Plc at an average price of NOK 6.6358 per
share. Following this transaction Mr. Helsing owns 1,244,706 shares,
representing approximately 1.55% of the outstanding shares in Seabird
Exploration Plc.
