SATS ASA: Initiation of share buyback program

The Board of Directors of SATS ASA ("SATS" or "the Company") has resolved to
initiate the first share buyback program in 2025. The share buyback program
will be executed in accordance with the authorization granted to the Board of
Directors by the Annual General Meeting of SATS held on 25 April 2024.
The share buyback program will commence on 17 February 2025 and end no later
than 25 April 2025, the last trading day prior to the Company's 2025 Annual
General Meeting. The buyback program covers purchases of up to 10,000,000
shares, equivalent to approximately 4.9% of the Company's current share
capital, with a maximum consideration of NOK 100 million. The main purpose of
the program is to service shareholders by way of reducing its share capital,
but the shares will also partially be allocated to a share investment program
for employees.
SATS has engaged DNB Markets, a part of DNB Bank ASA, to manage and carry out
the share repurchases in the market. DNB Markets will make its trading
decisions independently of, and uninfluenced by SATS.
The share buyback program will be carried out in accordance with Regulation
(EU) No 596/2014 (the "Market Abuse Regulation") and Commission Delegated
Regulation (EU) No 2016/1052 (the "Safe Harbour Regulation").
The Company reserves the right to make subsequent changes to the above terms
for the program and will in such case make appropriate announcements in this
respect.

The buyback program is carried out in accordance with the Market Abuse
Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 ("MAR") and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU)
No 2016/1052 ("Safe Harbour Regulation"). This is information that SATS is
