Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published on 4 October 2024
regarding the acquisition of Predicare AB and the announcement published on 18
December 2020 regarding the acquisition of Fertsoft AB.
In conjunction with these two acuisitions, in total partly settled in kind, the
the Company's share capital was increased by the issuance of a total of 417.188
new shares in the company. The share capital increase in Omda AS has been
registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises: – Share capital:
NOK 2.132.234,50 (new) – Total number of shares: 21.322.345 (new) – Par value
per share: NOK 0,10.
