ENDUR – Ex right to receive subscriptions rights in conditional subsequent repair offering today

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Endúr ASA ("Endúr")
on 11 February 2025 regarding a conditional private placement (the "Private
Placement") of new shares in Endúr, and the contemplated conditional subsequent
repair offering of up to 555,555 new shares for the same subscription price as
in the Private Placement (the "Subsequent Offering")

The shares in Endúr (Ticker: ENDUR) will be traded ex the right to receive
subscription rights as of today, 11 February 2025.

This information is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to section
