Thor Medical ASA: Share capital increase in relation to Subsequent Offering registered

Oslo, Norway, 10 February 2025: Reference is made to stock exchange
announcements by Thor Medical ASA (the "Company") on 24 January 2025 regarding
the final results of a subsequent offering (the "Subsequent Offering"), where a
total of 10,519,746 new shares in the Company were allocated and resolved issued
by the board of directors.

The share capital increase relating to the Subsequent Offering is now registered
with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's share capital
is after the registration NOK 62,881,704.20, divided into 314,408,521 shares.
Each share has a nominal value of NOK 0.20 and represents one vote in the
Company's general meeting.
