Ferde AS – Bonds with guarantee from the Rogaland County Municipality rated AAA by Scope Ratings

With reference to the stock exchange notice on November 24, 2024, Ferde received
an AA+ issuer rating from Scope Ratings.

Debt issued by Ferde AS is secured by project specific guarantees (selvskyldner
garanti) mainly from the three owning county municipalities of Vestland,
Rogaland and Agder.

On February 7, 2025, the Rogaland County Municipality received an AAA (Stable)
rating from Scope Ratings.

As of today, February 10, 2025, all bonds and commercial papers issued by Ferde
AS with Rogaland County
Municipality as sole guarantor have been assigned a long term issuer rating of
AAA (Stable) and a short term rating of S-1+/Stable by Scope Ratings.

The bonds rated AAA (Stable) relate to the Rogfast project and are as follows:

NO0012775479 – FERDE 29 PRO
NO0013175976 – FERDE 37 PRO

Future Ferde bonds with the Rogaland County Municipality as sole guarantor are
expected to be assigned a similar rating.

Ferde bonds related to the Ryfast project with a split guarantee between the
Rogfast County Municipality (70%) and the City of Stavanger (30%) are expected
to receive bond rating at a later stage.
