NRC Group ASA
NRC Group ASA ("NRC" or the "Company") refers to its previous announcements
regarding the dispute with Bane NOR related to the Electrification of Trønder
and Meråkerbanen (ETM).
The mediation, which resumed in February 2025, has ended without the parties
being able to reach an agreement.
The Company will initiate legal proceedings, as an acceptable agreement could
not be reached. The Company maintains that the claims are well-founded and will
continue to safeguard shareholders' interests.
NRC expects full year EBIT for 2024 to remain in the lower end of the previously
communicated guidance. Further details will be disclosed in connection with the
release of the financial results on Wednesday, 12 February, at 07:00 am (CET).
For 2025, the Company still aims for a revenue of approximately NOK 7.0 billion
and an EBIT margin above 2%.
