Endúr ASA - Mandatory notification of trades

The following primary insiders of Endúr ASA (the "Company") have today, 10
February 2025, executed the following share options, each giving the right to
acquire one share in the Company:

o Pål Reiulf Olsen, Chair of the Board of Directors, has exercised 10,000
options at a strike price of NOK 41.25 and 10,000 options at a strike price of
NOK 44.88. Following the transaction, Pål Reiulf Olsen and his close associates
hold a total of 135,075 shares and 10,000 share options in the Company.

o Jeppe Raaholt, CEO, has exercised 40,000 options at a strike price of NOK
41.25 and 40,000 options at a strike price of NOK 44.88. Following the
transaction, Jeppe Raaholt and his close associates hold a total of 300,000
shares and 720,000 share options in the Company.

o Einar Olsen, CFO, has exercised 30,000 options at a strike price of NOK 41.25
and 30,000 options at a strike price of NOK 44.88. Following the transaction,
Einar Olsen and his close associates hold a total of 110,000 shares and 480,000
share options in the Company.

The exercised share options with a strike price of NOK 41.25 were granted in
2021 and expires on 1 March 2026. The exercised share options with a strike
price of NOK 44.88 were granted in 2023 and expires on 5 June 2027.
