This notice updates the key information relating to the payment of a cash
dividend announced by Stainless Tankers ASA (the "Company") on 5 February 2025.

Dividend amount: USD 0.275 per share

Dividend distribution: in NOK at 3.07725 per share

Last day including right: 6 February 2025

Ex-date: 7 February 2025

Record date: 10 February 2025

Payment date: on or about 14 February 2025

Date of approval: 4 February 2025

Other information: The distribution will constitute a repayment of the Company's
paid-in capital.
