Nicosia, Cyprus - 7 February 2025 - Reference is made to Seabird Exploration
Plc's (the "Company") news release 13 November 2024 and the Company's
extraordinary general meeting held on 19 December 2024.

The approved cash distribution of NOK 0.40 per share will be distributed as a
repayment of paid in capital. The key dates related to the distribution are as
follows:

Last day including right: 10 February 2025
Ex-date: 11 February 2025
Record date: 12 February 2025
Payment date: 17 February 2025
