Omda completes acquisition of Aweria AB, a best-of-breed emergency department information system.

Omda AS today announced the successful completion of its acquisition of Aweria
AB, following the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals. This
acquisition, first announced on 20 December 2024, further strengthens the
group´s position in the Nordic market for advanced emergency care solutions.
