Kistefos AS: Successfully completed tap issues

OSLO, February 7, 2025

Kistefos AS (“Kistefos”) has today successfully completed a NOK 250 million tap
issue of its outstanding senior unsecured bond issue due 26 July 2027 with
ticker “KIST10 PRO” (ISIN: NO0012813080) at 104.375 % of par and a NOK 250
million tap issue of its outstanding senior unsecured bond issue due 13
September 2028 with ticker “KIST11 PRO” (ISIN: NO0013008771) at 104.000 % of
par.

DNB Markets acted as Sole Bookrunner for the tap issue.
