Kistefos AS: Contemplated tap issues

OSLO, February 7, 2025

Kistefos AS (“Kistefos”) has mandated DNB Markets to explore the possibility of
potential tap issues of up to NOK 250 million in its outstanding senior
unsecured bond issue due 26 July 2027 with ticker “KIST10 PRO” (ISIN:
NO0012813080) and up to NOK 250 million in its outstanding senior unsecured bond
issue due 13 September 2028 with ticker “KIST11 PRO” (ISIN: NO0013008771).

The tap issue is initiated by a reversed inquiry. Net proceeds from the tap
issue shall be applied towards general corporate purposes.
