CORRECTION to stock exchange notice published by the Company on 7. February 2025
at 10:53.
Oslo, 7 February 2025 - Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements
from Arribatec Group ASA (the “Company”) regarding the completion of a rights
issue raising gross proceeds of NOK 35 million (the “Rights Issue”) and offer of
60 million new shares towards the Company’s directors, raising gross proceeds of
NOK 6 million (the “Director Offering”).
The share capital increase pertaining the issuance of the new shares of the
Rights Offering and the Director Offering has today been registered with the
Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Foretaksregisteret). The Company’s
new share capital is NOK 47,957,220.60 divided into 479,572,206 shares, each
with a nominal value of NOK 0.10.
