Rio de Janeiro, Brazil/Hamilton, Bermuda, 6 February 2025: Seacrest Petroleo
Bermuda Limited ("Seacrest Petroleo" or the "Company") refers to its
announcement made on 2 January 2024 regarding a market making agreement with
SpareBank 1 Markets AS. The agreement has now been terminated, with 7 February
2025 the last effective day for providing market making.
