Envipco secures additional follow-on order in Romania

Amersfoort, 6 February 2025 - Envipco Holding N.V. ("Envipco" or "the
Company"), a leading global provider of recycling systems and Reverse Vending
Machine (RVM) technology, today announces an additional follow-on order with a
major
Romanian retail group.

Envipco has been awarded orders for additional 400 Optima RVMs for delivery in
H1 25 with an existing retail customer. The order adds to previous orders of
200 Optima RVMs announced in Q3 24 and more than 140 Optima RVMs announced in
Q4 24, both for delivery in 2024.

Romania."

The Romanian deposit return scheme (DRS), operated by RetuRO SGR, was launched
on 30 November 2023 and has through 2024 collected nearly 3.4 billion
containers. Envipco's RVMs are manufactured at the company's production plant
in Sebes, Romania.
