Major Shareholder Disclosure

Ferncliff Listed DAI AS has today been allocated 104 343 389 shares in the
rights issue in Arribatec Group ASA. Ferncliff Listed DAI AS will also be
granted 85,735,763 warrants in the company as consideration for its underwriting
commitment.

Following the completion of the rights issue, Ferncliff Listed DAI AS will 120
998 793 shares and votes, representing 25.23 % of the outstanding shares and
votes after completion of the rights offering. In addition, Ferncliff Listed DAI
will hold 85 735 763 warrants, representing rights to 17.88 % of the outstanding
shares after completion of the rights offering.

In total Ferncliff Listed DAI will hold 206 734 556 shares and rights to shares
in Arribatec Group ASA.
