Public Property Invest ASA successfully places a new NOK 200m senior unsecured bond

Public Property Invest ASA ("PPI") has today successfully placed a new NOK
200m bond with a 3-year tenor. The senior unsecured bond was priced with a
floating rate note of 3mN+175 bps.

The bond has been issued under PPI's newly established EUR 2bn EMTN programme
dated 25 November 2024. The net proceeds from the bond will be used for
general corporate purposes.

Nordea acted as sole arranger in connection with the successful transaction.
