Major Shareholder Disclosure

Dallas Asset Management AS has today, 29 January 2025, subscribed for shares in
the rights issue in Arribatec Group ASA. Dallas Asset Management AS will be
allocated a minimum of 12,411,852 shares in the rights issue. Dallas Asset
Management AS will also be granted 10,729,613 warrants in the company. Following
the rights issue, Dallas Asset Management AS will, including the warrants, hold
a minimum of 25,608,665 shares in Arribatec Group ASA, equivalent to 5.34% of
the total number of 479,672,206 shares in Arribatec Group ASA following
completion of the rights issue, thereby crossing the 5 % ownership threshold.

This disclosure is made pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities
Trading Act.
