“Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to admit Integrated Wind Solutions ASA to
trading on Euronext Oslo Børs.

It is stipulated that the company prior to the first day of trading satisfies
the admission requirements on Euronext Oslo Børs.

The CEO of Euronext Oslo Børs determines the first day of listing, no later than
25. April 2025”
